The F&M Spotlight Stage line-up includes:
One of F&M’s own, Atomic Hawks is a three-piece punk band inspired by the Pixies and Blink-182. Led by Tom Fogel ’18, Ani Akpan ’18, and Lauren Marconi ’17.

Sweet Ophelia is one of F&M’s two all-female a cappella groups which performs at a variety of events throughout the academic year. Sweet Ophelia performs songs ranging in genres from the classics to contemporary, and all of our songs are arranged by our own members. Members of Sweet O enjoy a great combination of musical expertise and all-around fun, and make up a dynamic and outgoing group of performers.

Founded in 1988, The Chessmen is F&M’s only all-male a cappella group. 15 members strong, we love singing anywhere and everywhere.

The Poor Richards are Franklin & Marshall’s oldest and only co-ed a cappella group. Founded in 1968, our group is named after Ben Franklin’s The Poor Richard’s Almanack. From oldies to contemporary, from country to a medley of Beatles classics, and from Elvis to Dispatch, we sing it all. Every May we record a CD that features our best songs and all members of the group.
